I PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing and production of your order before it ships.

Please note that during promotional/sale periods, our processing time may take 3 to 5 business days.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

The average transit time to America is 5 to 10 business days.

There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers encounter. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the carrier.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide a tracking number for every order. The tracking will be available once your product is shipped. We also provide the following order update emails - when your order is being processed, once your order is shipped, the day your order is out for delivery and when your order is delivered. When you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order via the "Track Your Order" page on our website.

Please note: Each individual product may be shipped in different parcels to avoid delays.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to our fast processing times, we generally do not accept order cancellations. However, if you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Please note that disputes regarding order cancellations are generally rejected due to the rapid order processing. We encourage you to carefully check your order before submitting it to avoid the need for cancellation.

SHIPPING FEES

We cover shipping fees for every order. All our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order required.
